Velocitii is seeking a Recruiting Solutions Lead to manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles within a fast-paced BPO environment. You will source, screen, interview, and successfully transition qualified candidates into new-hire classes while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience recruiting for BPO, contact center or customer-service roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with large pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; deadline-driven and metric-focused.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume customer service and operations roles.
• Develop candidate pipelines to meet current and projected hiring needs.
• Source through job boards, social media, referrals, events and partnerships.
• Conduct timely reviews, phone screens, interviews, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations leadership.
• Extend offers and maintain candidate engagement through onboarding.
• Track qualifications, schedules and client-specific requirements.
• Maintain real-time visibility into pipelines and hiring progress.
• Analyze recruiting results and improve candidate conversion and outcomes.
• Participate in workforce planning and cross-functional collaboration.
