Job summary

HR Jobs in Coppell, TX seeks a leader to drive high-volume hiring in an onsite recruiting environment. You will coach a team of 4–8 recruiters and own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding coordination.

Track metrics, partner with hiring managers, and refine sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals. This 4-month contract offers $40/hour onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably high-volume.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters.
• Strong background in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; HRIS experience preferred.
