Job summary

Cielo is hiring a Recruiter to deliver service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle from a remote location in the United States. The role requires a high-volume recruiting background and the ability to act as a brand ambassador for our client by providing proactive communication and market insights.

You will work with hiring leaders to determine offers, manage candidate slates, and maintain strong pipelines while aligning with compensation guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
