Job summary

Children's Health is seeking a Sr. Recruitment Sourcing Strategist to design and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill clinical and leadership roles across North Texas.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring leaders, conduct market research, and build pipelines that convert passive candidates into qualified submissions. This role focuses on strategic sourcing, brand-aligned outreach, and shaping the use of AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sourcing experience, with clinical or leadership roles preferred.
• Healthcare sourcing experience is strongly preferred.
• Fluency with Boolean search, talent mapping, and market research.
• Proven ability to engage passive candidates and convert outreach into conversations.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and adjust sourcing results.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill clinical and leadership roles.
• Serve as a consultative partner to recruiters and hiring leaders, telling the talent-market story.
• Engage passive candidates with brand-aligned outreach and messaging.
• Pilot new sourcing channels, tools, and AI-driven workflows.
• Track pipeline health, outreach conversion, and time-to-slate; report and adjust.
• Keep accurate records in ATS/CRM and mentor junior sourcers.
