You will coach Recruiting Team Leads, partner with clinical leadership, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a business operations function.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing both direct and indirect reports.
• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments; healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting strategy, execution, and performance across regions or markets.
• Coach Recruiting Team Leads and staff to drive staffing outcomes.
• Guide teams from initial engagement through onboarding and first-shift placement.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize staffing needs and remove placement barriers.
• Monitor metrics and drive improvements in processes and workflows.
• Ensure compliance and consistent recruiting processes across the org.
