• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience with ATS platforms, recruiting technologies, and AI-enabled tools.
• Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to drive strategy and decision-making.
• Experience leading recruiting teams in high-volume and/or specialized hiring environments.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to achieve hiring goals, service level expectations, and quality-of-hire standards.
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Lead the adoption and optimization of ATS, AI tools, and recruiting technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Develop recruiting dashboards and metrics to inform strategy and improve performance.
• Partner with hiring leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, and hiring priorities.
