Children's Health in Dallas, TX is seeking a Sr. Recruitment Sourcing Strategist to strengthen how we source and engage candidates for hard-to-fill clinical and leadership roles across North Texas.

This onsite role collaborates with recruiters and hiring leaders to build pipelines, connect with passive talent, and improve sourcing performance. You will drive talent-market insights, pilot new channels and AI workflows, track metrics, and mentor sourcers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct sourcing experience for hard-to-fill clinical or leadership roles.
• Healthcare sourcing experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM/ATS, Boolean search, talent mapping.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Children's Health is hiring a Sr. Recruitment Sourcing Strategist to strengthen how the organization sources and engages candidates for hard-to-fill clinical and leadership roles across North Texas. In this onsite role in Dallas, TX, you will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to build pipelines, connect with passive talent, and improve sourcing performance through measurement and iteration.

What you’ll do

• Design and run sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill clinical and leadership roles, from talent market research through qualified, recruiter-ready submittals.
• Act as a consultative partner to recruiters and hiring leaders by telling the talent-market story, including supply, competitor hiring patterns, and where Children's Health can win.
• Engage passive candidates using outreach that reflects the brand, mission, and employer value proposition.
• Pilot new sourcing channels, tools, and AI-driven workflows, helping shape how the team adopts "next" rather than what is already comfortable.
• Track performance using metrics such as pipeline health, outreach conversion, and time-to-slate, then report, learn, and adjust quickly.
• Maintain clean, accurate records in the ATS and CRM, and mentor sourcers and recruiters on advanced sourcing craft.

What you bring

• 5+ years of direct sourcing experience, ideally supporting hard-to-fill clinical or leadership roles.
• Healthcare sourcing experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM and ATS platforms, with fluency in Boolean search, talent mapping and market research.
• A track record of engaging passive candidates and converting cold outreach into real conversations.
• A data habit: you measure results, present recommendations, and iterate based on what you learn.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
