Job summary

HHS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Texas to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and clinical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

You will use Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools to build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and ensure compliant, timely hires. This role supports a private family-owned organization focused on growth and employee development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of progressive recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house recruiting environment.
• Experience recruiting for corporate positions and Clinical Registered Dietitian (RD) roles is required.
• Hands-on experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding.
• Proven ability to proactively source and attract passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate evaluation, and talent pipeline development.
• Knowledge of employment laws, recruitment compliance, and fair hiring practices.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Recruit for a variety of corporate positions, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
• Source, attract, and recruit Clinical Registered Dietitians (RDs) and other healthcare professionals to support HHS's clinical staffing needs.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for both corporate and clinical positions.
• Utilize proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and industry-specific platforms.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with HHS's culture and organizational values.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, core competencies, and performance expectations.
