UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a Non-Clinical / Support Services Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a high-performing team. You will shape talent strategies, optimize AI-enabled recruitment, and implement data-driven processes to improve speed and quality across the full lifecycle.

The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, leveraging dashboards and analytics to inform leadership decisions and deliver scalable hiring solutions for evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition with 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience with ATS platforms, recruiting tech, and AI-enabled tools.
• Ability to leverage data/analytics to drive strategy and decisions.
• Experience leading recruiting teams in high-volume or specialized hiring.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a TA team to meet hiring goals and quality standards.
• Develop forward-looking recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Identify talent gaps and build scalable hiring plans for current and future needs.
• Drive efficient recruiting processes to improve speed and quality.
• Lead adoption of ATS, AI tools, and recruiting technologies; train teams.
• Develop recruiting dashboards and metrics; translate data into insights.
