You will oversee staffing, scheduling, access, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with Billing, Facilities, and Access Center to optimize performance and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in health, business, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive office or practice operations management experience, healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience leading large or complex practices, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the employee life cycle for direct reports (hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, recognition).
• Ensures operational readiness for clinical and administrative operations (scheduling, inventory, equipment, cleanliness, daily huddles, time systems, licensing).
• Manages practice operations, workflows, collaboration, and patient experience.
• Partners with Billing/Coding, Facilities/Property Management, Hospital Entities, Access Center to coordinate operations.
• Maintains collaboration with Access Center and centralized functions (POD, Capacity Management) to enable seamless operations.
• Escalates and addresses operational, technological, patient, and personnel issues.
• Aims for financial performance through expense management, resource utilization, volume growth, and best practices.
• Monitors performance using tools (volume, patient satisfaction, productivity, quality) and drives improvement strategies.
• Utilizes practice leads to support oversight of practice workflows/processes.
• Ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and SLPG Access Governance Principles.
• Other duties as assigned.
