Job summary

Responsibilities include staffing coordination, scheduling, patient access, and compliance, partnering with Billing/Coding and Facilities, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement across practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of progressive office or practice operations management experience, including healthcare.
• Experience managing staffing, scheduling, patient access, workflow, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in health, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations of assigned practices to ensure effective workflows.
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate practice operations and patient experience.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
• Escalate operational, tech, patient, and personnel issues as needed.
