Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System is seeking a collaborative Practice Manager 1 to lead an outpatient network including Urgent Care and General Surgery under one roof. You will oversee daily operations, staff development, and patient experience while driving quality and financial performance.

The role requires building partnerships with providers and leaders across the organization to ensure seamless care, effective communication, and achievement of goals in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 0 years of experience OR
• Associate's degree + 2 years of experience OR
• High School Diploma + 4 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Monitors practice activities to ensure compliance with government regulations and practice standards.
• Leads the identification and implementation of short- and long-term goals and ensures achievement.
• Manages staff, handles operational issues, resolves client issues, and administers the budget.
• Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• May require cross-functional knowledge in management, accounting, HR, law, ethics, economics, planning, and information systems.
• Communicates accurate and pertinent information with providers and staff to facilitate care.
