Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network seeks a Manager, Practice Operations to lead the operations of pediatric primary care practices in Quakertown and Coopersburg. You will ensure efficient workflows, staff orchestration, and high-quality patient experiences across locations.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to optimize scheduling, staffing, compliance, and performance metrics, while guiding a collaborative team in a healthcare setting that prioritizes access and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; education in health/business fields recommended.
• Minimum of 2+ years of medical office or practice operations experience, including at least 1 year in a healthcare setting.
• Experience supervising staff, supporting performance management and maintaining service/quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations of assigned practices to ensure successful operations.
• Oversee two Pediatric Primary Care locations (Quakertown and Coopersburg).
• Coordinate scheduling, staff, patient access, workflow management, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Billing/Coding, Facilities, and Access Center to optimize operations and patient experience.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvement strategies with a multidisciplinary team.
