Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Manager of Practice Operations for cardiovascular services in East Stroudsburg, PA.

The role leads and coordinates practice operations, staffing, scheduling, and patient access to ensure high-quality patient experiences and efficient workflows. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or related field and 2+ years in medical office or practice operations, with strong leadership, communication and service orientation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of medical office or practice operations experience.
• Experience managing or supporting daily operations including staffing, scheduling, patient access, workflow, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and maintain service and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations of assigned practices to ensure effective workflows and patient experience.
• Coordinate with Billing/Coding, Facilities, Access Center and other departments to optimize operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements through a team-based approach.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff development.
