Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or related field required or preferred.
• Minimum of 4+ years of progressive office or practice operations management experience, including healthcare exposure.
• Experience leading large or complex practices, budgeting/financial operations, and service excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations of assigned practices to ensure efficient workflow and patient experience.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and patient access; monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Billing/Coding, Facilities, Access Center, and other departments to support seamless operations.
• Address escalations and drive financial performance through cost control and resource optimization.
