Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network in Allentown, PA is seeking an experienced healthcare operations manager to oversee daily operations across a portfolio of practices in Orwigsburg, Tamaqua, Jim Thorpe, Coaldale and Palmerton.

In this role you will drive strategic plans, ensure consistent workflows, staff appropriately, and manage financial performance with a focus on growth and efficiency. You will collaborate with area leadership and support onboarding of new providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration or business administration.
• One to three years of similar management experience.
• Experience managing multiple practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations (directly or indirectly) of practices within an assigned management portfolio.
• Drives the execution of strategic plans and initiatives.
• Identifies, recommends, and implements strategic projects for growth and efficiency.
• Ensures consistent workflows and clinical processes across practices in partnership with area leadership.
• Assists in development of marketing strategies to raise awareness.
• Ensures appropriate staffing and provides feedback on organizational structure.
• Manages employees and providers with development and coaching.
• Supports day-to-day financial management and seeks opportunities to improve performance.
• Participates in recruitment and onboarding of new providers.
• Ensures provider templates and schedules are built and optimized.
