Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation HP Strategic Clients to join our team. The IPM will interface with health plans and strategic employer clients to manage projects, transition clients, implement new services, and ensure a seamless vendor relationship.

The role requires strong relationship skills, excellent communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams, travel for client work, and support other client initiatives within Navitus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area; or equivalent work experience.
• Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Insurance Policy.
• 4 years’ project management experience, working with external clients required.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry required.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and/or ACA products preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and participate in the Readiness Assessment and potential sales initiatives.
• Be the primary face to the Client, involving significant travel.
• Prepare for and facilitate a new client Kick-off Meeting for requirements gathering and discovery.
• Assist the Client with facilitating any impact analysis to determine appropriate requirements.
• Ensure all requirements are documented in standard project templates and tools and obtain client approval before builds.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log for monitoring.
• Monitor progress and report status to management, SMEs, and client weekly.
• Assist with escalated client, member, or project issues as identified or requested.
• Provide go-live support via remote, on-site, or client-site access; some non-business days may be required.
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings with the Client.
• Support other client projects and internal department projects as needed.
• Able to travel as needed to meet client requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
