Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR or business. Master’s degree preferred.
• HR experience in healthcare preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or PHR preferred.

• Provide counsel and support in areas of recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, training and development, engagement, employee relations, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
