Memorial Health University Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR and talent support to leaders and employees at one or more facilities. You will shape workplace culture and a productive workforce through HR policies, programs and practices.

You will engage leaders to define people strategies, partner on Labor Relations, and advise on learning and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Provides strategic HR and talent support to designated leaders and employees.
• Supports creating a desired workplace culture and engaged workforce through HR policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Engage leaders to understand talent needs and define people strategies.
• Partner with VP of HR and Labor Relations Center of Excellence on Labor Relations strategy.
• Provide HR observations in meetings to support initiatives.
• Advise leaders on learning and organizational development; implement programs and tools including succession planning.
• Support employee relations, ethics, or compliance investigations.
• Prepare managers for compensation planning and provide budget information.
• Handle workers’ comp intake and assist with leaves of absence or return-to-work processes.
