Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Partner with operational leaders to understand business objectives and develop people strategies that support goals.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational change.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and data-driven decisions.
