This role leads succession planning, strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and change initiatives, partnering with leaders, leveraging HR analytics, and building capability to support growth over a 3-5 year horizon.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years in Human Resources or a strategic consultative role preferred.
• SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
