Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve South Carolina, including Columbia, Charleston, Myrtle Beach, and Seneca.

This full-time, exempt role will act as the primary HR advisor to operational leaders, aligning HR programs with business goals. You will travel 50–75% to 3–4 facilities weekly, handling employee relations, workforce planning, onboarding for new leaders, and performance management while partnering with Learning & Development to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• 3+ years of HR experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and performance management practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday is a plus) and reporting to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Advise executives on employee relations and workforce planning.
• Visit facilities and partner with leaders to align HR strategies.
• Lead onboarding of new leaders and training needs in collaboration with Learning & Development.
• Support HR aspects of acquisitions and cultural integration.
• Audit and monitor HR practices and affirmative action programs.
