College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to leadership in Pinehurst, NC. You will align people strategies with patient care priorities and workforce needs to support organizational goals.

The role provides guidance across employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, retention, engagement, change management and compliance, including leadership coaching and ADA accommodation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, healthcare administration, organizational development, or related field.
• SHRM/PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of HR business partner experience in a hospital system, academic medical center, or large multi-site healthcare organization.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, accommodations, wage/hour practices.

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic and consultative partner to leadership.
• Align people strategies with patient care priorities, workforce needs, and organizational goals.
• Provide guidance across employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, retention, engagement, change management, and compliance.
• Lead coaching for leaders and conduct ADA accommodation processes; investigate complex employee relations issues.
