Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in business or healthcare administration with 5+ years in healthcare operations or account management. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration or equivalent.
• 5+ years of healthcare operations or account/client management experience.
• Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong command of healthcare data analytics, performance guarantees, and operational/clinical alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client and broker/consultant partnerships.
• Engage in strategic planning within the client’s business line and identify opportunities to engage employees and members to improve outcomes.
• Resolve issues proactively and provide best-practice consulting and market insights.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities with existing clients (new populations, centers, products).
• Assist in defining coverage models and renewals; manage contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with marketing on client engagement plans and incentives to improve utilization.
• Deliver client reporting and manage performance data related to clinic operations.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
