Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Client Success Manager I to cultivate strong partnerships with small to medium clients and brokers. You will drive clinical and savings outcomes through proactive planning, data storytelling, and targeted engagements with member populations.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration and 2–5 years in healthcare or related fields, with strong presentation and communication skills. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2–5 years in healthcare, health insurance, brokerage/consulting, or HR/benefits preferred.
• Strong presentations and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to medium client portfolio with standardized service package.
• Analyze population health and utilization data to tell a story with results.
• Lead renewal negotiations and coordinate with operations for client success.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities within existing client base; expand member populations and services.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Implementation teams on new center launches and go-to-market plans.
• Prepare and deliver client reporting and market insights to drive outcomes.
