Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration; 5+ years in healthcare operations or account management.
• Proven success managing complex client relationships.
• Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong data analytics capabilities in healthcare.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client and broker/consultant partnerships.
• Plan and execute customer engagement strategies to improve clinical and savings outcomes.
• Renew contracts and manage escalation paths.
• Analyze performance data and report to clients.
• Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for engagement plans.
• Prepare and present proposals and RFPs as needed.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
