Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience/training.
• Two (2) or more years of relevant reporting and data analytics experience.
• Proven ability to apply technical skills and professional concepts to business analytics projects of intermediate scope and complexity.
• Background in SQL, data querying, and enterprise BI platforms, with demonstrated, hands-on experience building in Tableau.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-resolution skills.
• Detail oriented, with demonstrated organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, business-focused recommendations and intuitive visual dashboards.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with professional and technical staff.
• The unique ability to successfully balance deep-dive technical data analysis with high-level departmental administration and executive support
• Ability to train staff at a variety of technical skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Data Visualization & Forecasting: Develop dashboards and forecasts using analytics tools such as Tableau, Strata, and HealthTime.
• Stakeholder Consultation & Reporting: Define data requirements with clinical and business units and generate reports on patient flow, budgets, and funding.
• Compliance & Auditing: Maintain and audit reporting structures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Training & Onboarding: Train staff on core systems, ensuring accuracy in data access and BI usage.
• Quality Assurance: Plan QA and test to identify and resolve data discrepancies and system errors.
• Operational Support: Perform additional administrative duties to support department goals.
