The role includes training end-users, auditing reports for regulatory compliance, and supporting department operations. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in reporting and data analytics are required; healthcare BI experience

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of reporting and data analytics experience.
• Experience applying technical skills to business analytics projects.
• Background in SQL, data querying, and enterprise BI platforms, with hands-on experience in Tableau.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to train staff across varying technical levels.

Responsabilidades

• Create interactive dashboards and forecasts using Tableau, Strata, and HealthTime.
• Partner with clinical and business units to define data requirements and reports.
• Maintain reporting structures to meet healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Train staff and end-users on core systems and BI platforms.
• Perform QA to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Provide operational support to departmental goals.
