Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners in the United States seeks a Lead Analyst, Strategic Analytics to own analytic strategy for revenue cycle domains. You will collaborate with operations leaders to identify KPIs, analyze drivers, and surface actionable insights that guide decisions across clinical, financial, and operational metrics.

This role manages a curated portfolio of dashboards and data sources, partners with the Data team to secure needed data, and mentors other analysts while translating complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Analytics/Info Mgmt or related field.
• 7+ years in business intelligence or analytics partnering with leaders.
• Strong communication, storytelling and KPI definition skills.
• Advanced SQL and Power BI with data visualization experience.
• Experience with Databricks and ETL tools; healthcare domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders as the dedicated Strategic Analytics partner.
• Define, document, and maintain KPIs with targets and benchmarks.
• Analyze drivers of KPI performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Curate inventory of analytics assets: dashboards, reports, data sources.
• Design interactive visualizations and self-service tools in Databricks/Power BI.
• Mentor and coach other analysts; share standards and practices.
