UCLA Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst III/IV to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions and healthcare outcomes. You will design data solutions, dashboards, and reports, collaborating with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders across the organization.

The role requires strong analytics, database and BI skills, with a focus on data-driven improvements using Lean and PDCA methodologies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Advanced skills in Python, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, R, Excel, SPSS, and PowerPoint.
• 2+ years of experience in Clinical Data Analytics, Statistics, and Quality Measures.
• 3+ years of experience in advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent understanding of healthcare industry issues, regulatory requirements, and current trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain databases, data models, and reporting solutions supporting regulatory requirements.
• Build and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and BI tools.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities and actionable insights.
• Partner with leaders to support strategic and operational performance improvement initiatives.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead data-driven projects and support Lean and PDCA-driven improvements.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Promote innovative use of technology to enhance workflows.
