Qualifications

Two or more years of reporting and data analytics experience.
Experience with SQL and enterprise BI platforms; Tableau experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to train staff and collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Develop interactive dashboards and forecasts using Tableau and other tools.
Partner with clinical and business units to define data needs and reports.
Create queries; generate, test, and deliver reports focusing on patient flow and budgets.
Maintain and audit reporting structures to ensure regulatory compliance.
Train staff on core systems and BI platforms.
Perform QA and resolve data discrepancies; provide operational support.
