Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing complex SQL queries and working with structured data.
• 2+ years of experience developing reports from large data sets.
• Experience translating business questions into analytic approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with dimensional modeling concepts and data transformation techniques.
• Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine analytics and data reporting to meet business needs.
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries to join disparate data sources.
• Produce reports on AI-augmented platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, Databricks.
• Document analytics approaches to enable validation and replication.
• Ensure scalable and governed production data products with engineering partners.
• Develop ad hoc reports based on external and internal report specs.
• Communicate findings clearly to internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and data needs.
