Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 12–15 years of professional experience in related programs.
• Experience leading government services programs in Health and Human Services (HHS).
• Proven track record leading cross-functional, client-facing teams.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program delivery including scope, budget, schedule, and risk.
• Lead governance, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders across client and vendor groups.
• Drive operational excellence and process improvements.
• Support RFIs/RFPs/RFQs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor financial performance and profitability.
