Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Director to lead a complex enrollment and premium processing technology and operations program. You will drive strategic outcomes, oversee program delivery, and partner with executive stakeholders to shape the client’s long-term objectives.

The role requires travel for client meetings and program activities, with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and technology-enabled transformation within the MA Connector Program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 12–15 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Experience leading government services programs within the Health and Human Services sector.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Ensure contract compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Lead operational and program oversight across initiatives.
• Manage resource planning, staffing, and performance development.
• Guide risk management, governance, and vendor alignment.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence across the program.
