Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Director to serve as the overall Account Leader for our health insurance marketplace program. You will guide strategic program delivery, drive operational excellence, and ensure client satisfaction across executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams.

This role requires travel for client meetings and program activities and involves oversight of complex enrollment and premium processing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12-15 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Experience leading government services programs within the Health and Human Services (HHS) sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex programs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulations.
• Lead program scope, budgets, schedules, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Institute governance processes for accountability and timely decisions.
• Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution and escalation management.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff for performance improvement.
• Define priorities, milestones, and staffing across strategic initiatives.
• Support RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with strategic responses.
