Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Director to lead the overall account and ensure successful program delivery across enrollment and premium processing technologies. You will drive strategic direction, operational excellence, and client satisfaction with executive stakeholders and technical teams.

The role requires overseeing budgets, schedules, and staffing while guiding cross-functional teams through complex government programs within the HHS space. Occasional travel is involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• 12–15 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Experience leading government services programs within the Health and Human Services (HHS) sector.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex programs with responsibility for operational and technology delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L to ensure targets and profitability.
• Ensure program operations comply with contract requirements and regulations.
• Plan, develop, and schedule priorities for achieving goals.
• Manage operational managers and provide mentoring and development guidance.
• Capture and maintain resource assignments and staffing utilization across the enterprise.
