Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior Director to serve as the overall Account Leader, guiding complex enrollment and premium processing programs. This strategic role partners with executives to ensure successful delivery, innovative solutions, and client satisfaction while maintaining budgetary discipline and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12–15 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Experience leading government services programs within Health and Human Services (HHS).
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams in a client‑facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Ensure contract compliance with applicable requirements and regulations.
• Lead program planning, governance, risk, and staffing across large-scale initiatives.
• Manage cross‑functional teams and partner with executives and technical leaders.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the program.
