Maximus is seeking a Senior Director to serve as the overall Account Leader for a complex health marketplace program. You will drive strategy, program delivery, and technology-enabled transformation while ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role requires 12–15 years of experience in government health services programs, with strong leadership of cross-functional teams, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Occasional travel and executive collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12–15 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the program's financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure operations comply with contract requirements and regulations.
• Lead strategic planning and alignment of project goals.
• Manage administrative operations, budgets, and human resources.
• Define priorities, milestones, and resource needs across initiatives.
• Monitor program performance with established metrics and adjust as needed.
• Lead risk management, issue resolution, and governance processes.
• Guide executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver client value.
• Support RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with strategic responses.
