Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation for HP Strategic Clients to oversee complex healthcare client deployments and transitions. You will manage initiatives, gather requirements, and coordinate teams to ensure smooth go-live across plans and employer groups with travel as needed.

The role requires 4+ years of PM experience, PBM/healthcare knowledge, and strong client relationship skills; Navitus offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related area.
• 4 years’ project management experience, working with external clients.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and participate in readiness assessments and sales initiatives.
• Be the primary face to the Client with significant travel.
• Lead kickoff meetings for requirements gathering and discovery.
• Document requirements in standard templates and obtain client approval.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and items log for monitoring.
• Provide weekly status reports to management and client.
• Assist with escalated client issues and go-live support as needed.
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings with the Client.
