Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States. You will lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and consolidation, building scalable frameworks and reliable financial data to drive executive decision-making.

You will own AOP, long-range planning, and reporting while partnering with senior leaders to challenge assumptions, improve discipline, and accelerate decision-making. Remote flexibility is available for eligible US residents.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, finance operations or enterprise planning.
• Experience leading annual operating plans and multiyear planning cycles.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience improving consolidation, reporting, and planning processes.
• Ability to design scalable planning frameworks and methodologies.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
• Flexible approach to diverse educational backgrounds and nontraditional paths.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete FP&A cycle from AOP to long-range planning and consolidation.
• Design planning calendars, milestones, and cross-department inputs.
• Develop and maintain enterprise financial models and dashboards.
• Drive process improvements to increase accuracy, speed, and transparency.
• Partner with executives to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and stakeholder accountability.
• Mentor and guide one direct report while contributing to day-to-day FP&A work.
• Elevate FP&A as a core strategic decision-making function.
