Paychex is seeking a Mid-Market Sales professional to drive growth with growing businesses (20–99 employees). You’ll prospect, establish relationships, and present Paychex Flex and HR solutions to owners and leaders.

This consultative role emphasizes outbound activity and a full-cycle sales process aimed at rapid, high-velocity closes. You’ll join a team focused on impact, growth, and becoming a trusted advisor to clients while navigating a dynamic, growth-focused environment with clear career

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional sales experience in B2B environments.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry preferred.
• Ability to navigate consultative, solution-based sales conversations.
• Strong prospecting mindset with outbound and field activity.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your assigned territory.
• Sell a robust suite of solutions, including Paychex Flex and advanced HR services.
• Execute outbound activity to build a pipeline and drive opportunities.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Manage a high-velocity sales process from discovery to closing.
• Own the full sales process—from discovery and solutioning to closing.
