Qualifications

• 2–5 years professional sales experience in a B2B environment.
• 2+ years HCM experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate consultative, solution-based sales conversations.
• Strong prospecting mindset with outbound activity.
• Resilience, accountability, and a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your assigned territory.
• Sell a robust suite of Paychex solutions including Paychex Flex and HR services.
• Execute outbound activity to build a pipeline.
