Job summary

Amazon seeks a ProServe Account Executive in healthcare and life sciences to cultivate relationships with SVP/VP customers, design transformations, and manage multi-partner programs. You will shape AI/Gen AI transformations, cloud migration plans, and strategic initiatives across global accounts.

Collaborate with cloud architects, AWS specialists, partners, and delivery teams to drive revenue, bookings, and customer satisfaction while delivering high business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
8+ years in technology sales or IT/management consulting.
5+ years healthcare/Life Sciences experience in NA.
Experience with sales targets, methodologies, and CRM systems.
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic partnerships.
Experience with AI/GenAI/Agentic AI.

Responsibilities

Shape technology transformation programs with executive customers.
Orchestrate partners to deliver outcomes and value.
Develop and execute strategic account plans with AWS sales colleagues.
Lead end-to-end business development from origination to delivery.
Innovate ProServe delivery with novel models and programs.
Monitor projects to ensure business outcomes for customers.
