Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks an experienced technology sales leader for the ProServe team in North America. You will partner with strategic HCLS customers to design transformative programs focused on AI/Gen AI, IT modernization, and cloud migration.

You will lead a team, develop large programmatic deals, and drive revenue, bookings, and NPS/CSAT while collaborating with delivery and GenAI Center specialists.

Qualifications

• 7+ years solving problems with technology in Healthcare/Life Sciences.
• Experience in full sales cycle, technology sales, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent business development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with cloud technologies and AI, GenAI and agentic-AI solutions and services and transformations.
• 7+ years of technology sales and 3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a high-performing team of Account Executives.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet team targets and drive revenue growth.
• Cultivating executive customer relationships, earning trust, credibility and shaping new opportunities.
• Leveraging deep AWS knowledge to guide sellers in proposing optimal solutions that work backwards from customers’ objectives.
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and driving executional rigor and accurate forecasting and reporting to optimize operational processes and manage risk.
