Job summary

Amazon seeks a high-impact ProServe Account Executive to lead strategic Healthcare & Life Sciences accounts globally, shaping AI/GenAI and IT modernization programs. You will earn trust with SVP/VP customers, orchestrate partners, and drive transformations across digital, IT, AI, and business functions to achieve ambitious outcomes.

You will develop account plans, lead proposals, contracting, and delivery launches, and measure success by revenue, bookings, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of technology sales or IT/consulting experience
• 5+ years in Healthcare and Life Sciences in Pharma/Medtech/Payer segments in North America
• Experience with sales targets, methodologies and CRM systems
• Experience with C-level sales and strategic partnerships
• Experience solving complex business challenges with financial models, analysis and KPIs impact
• Knowledge of AWS services
• Experience planning and executing strategic programs with stakeholders
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Experience with AI/GenAI/Agentic AI
• Experience closing large, complex deals and innovative commercial arrangements

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing strategic account plans aligned to ProServe HCLS strategy
• Leading end-to-end business development from origination to contracting and delivery
• Innovating ProServe delivery models and program designs
• Sharing customer insights with AWS teams to inform priorities
• Monitoring projects to ensure delivery of desired business outcomes (CBOs)
