Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of technology sales or IT/Management Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of Healthcare and Life Sciences experience in Pharma, Medtech and/or Payer segments in North America.
• Experience with sales targets, sales methodologies and CRM systems.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud technology.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing strategic account plans with AWS Industries sales colleagues and aligned to the ProServe HCLS strategy.
• Leading business development end-to-end for accounts in scope by cultivating customer relationships and shaping and advancing opportunities from origination through proposals, contracting and delivery launch.
• Innovating how ProServe delivers high value for customers, through novel arrangement models and/or programmatic designs.
• Sharing evolving customer insights and needs back with relevant AWS teams to inform our solution and service and ProServe priorities.
• Monitoring active projects to ensure that ProServe delivers on agreed customer business outcomes (CBOs).
