This hybrid role requires 5+ years of CSM or GTM leadership in B2B SaaS, strong analytics, and exec‑level communication. Offices: Waltham MA, Bethesda MD, Vancouver WA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading Customer Success or GTM teams in B2B SaaS.
• Experience coaching teams for VP+ level engagement and exec conversations.
• Ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations.
• Proven collaboration with Sales on account strategy and expansion.
• Strong analytical skills and cross-functional influencing ability.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of ~6 Strategic GTM Success Managers guiding high‑value customers.
• Own the end‑to‑end customer success experience and escalation handling.
• Coach managers to take a consultative approach linked to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales on account strategy and revenue expansion.
• Deliver KPI visibility and drive improvements in customer experience.
• Provide product insights from customer interactions to inform roadmaps.
