Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic GTM Success to lead a team of Strategic GTM Success Managers and shape the customer journey for high-value clients. You will coach teams, translate data into business outcomes, and collaborate with Sales on account strategy to drive revenue growth.

You’ll partner across GTM and Product to improve customer experience, executive engagements, and long-term value realization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading Customer Success teams for B2B SaaS/tech.
• Experience with enterprise-level accounts.
• Coaching teams to engage customers consultatively.
• Ability to translate data into business stories.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with GTM data platforms or revenue intelligence tools.
• Proven collaboration with Sales on account strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 6 Strategic GTM Success Managers who guide high-value customers in achieving GTM initiatives.
• Own the complete customer success experience for the Strategic Success team and serve as escalation point for issues.
• Coach GTM Success Managers to use a consultative approach, align with customer goals, and map ZoomInfo capabilities to outcomes.
• Communicate company goals clearly to the team and drive accountability for KPIs and milestones.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management on strategy, upsell/cross-sell, and revenue expansion across customers.
• Introduce innovative concepts to improve customer experience and outcomes.
• Provide feedback to GTM and Product teams based on customer insights to influence roadmap.
