Job summary

F2 in New York is seeking a hands-on GTM Recruiter to own hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships and other commercial functions. You will partner with GTM leaders, build talent strategy, source passive candidates, run interviews, and close offers, shaping how we recruit as we scale.

This in-person role requires a love of sourcing, strong instincts for talent, and the ability to move quickly without lowering the bar.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience with GTM talent.
• Proven track record hiring enterprise sales and other commercial roles.
• Strong sourcing instincts and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Excellent candidate management and closing skills.
• Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM searches end-to-end across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and other commercial roles
• Build pipelines of exceptional passive talent
• Define profiles with hiring managers and calibrate on talent
• Map talent across target companies and markets
• Source via outbound strategies and referrals
• Run high-quality interview process from first chat to offer
• Help build structured interview processes and scorecards
• Use data to identify gaps and improve velocity
• Maintain high bar for candidate experience
• Help scale recruiting systems and tools
