Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a senior operator for the GTM Programs team to translate strategic priorities into structured programs. You will partner with AMER Sales Leadership and work with Sales, Strategy, Enablement, Marketing, and Partnerships to drive data-driven initiatives end-to-end.

This role requires building dashboards, defining measurement plans, and delivering uplift while operating with high autonomy in a fast-moving AI environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building GTM programs and driving impact.
• Hands-on with AI workflows and vendor tools.
• Ability to design measurement/attribution frameworks for GTM motions.

Responsibilities

• Advise AMER Sales Leadership with data-backed insights and strategic recommendations.
• Own GTM programs end to end from concept through launch, operations and iteration.
• Define the measurement plan before launch: baseline, targets, uplift attribution.
